A refund of all monies including the initial shipping cost will be paid back to you within 30 days of the cancellation of the order, provided we receive the ordered items back in the condition in which they were sent including packaging. However the charges of returning the order to us will be deducted from the total refund cost. We recommend using return to sender on the original packaging to avoid additional postal charges.

If you decide not to keep your purchase, simply inform us within 14 days of receipt and you may exchange or be reimbursed for the full value of the purchase, less the shipping costs. All returns must be sent in their original packaging and received in their original condition.
