These ultra-fine Metallic Powders allow you to create dramatic designs or characters. Use dry or combine with Mixing Liquid to form a water-based metallic liquid makeup. Mix only as needed to ensure freshness.

Mix the Gold Metallic Powder with some Mixing Liquid and you have the most dramatic gold eye liner.

Mehron's Mixing Liquid is the best mixing medium you will find for your eye shadows and powders.  It makes the colours more intense (so you use less!!) plus makes it water resistant and rub proof.  We love it.

Gold Metallic Powder plus Mixing Liquid

The Face & Body…

Use about 2-3 times as much Mixing Liquid to Metallic Powder and make sure it is thoroughly blended before applying.

You must only mix a little at a time as the alcohol evaporates and will not keep for long if pre-mixed, so mix a little at a time as you work.

You will need 1 bottle of powder and 1 bottle of Mixing Liquid 4.5oz per slim female body.

The mixture can be applied with a brush or a sponge, though a sponge will absorb lots of the product, which is quite wasteful, and not give such a smooth finish as a brush.  When painting a model from head to toe, make sure to get them to bend their elbows/knees as you paint them so you can cover all the creases properly.

If you are covering large areas, such as a whole body, you will need a large brush.

When you have finished painting, you can polish with a soft powder puff or cloth.

NOTE: If skin is sensitive it should not be applied near the eye/mouth/nose area because of the alcohol in the mixing liquid – alternatively the metallic powders can be used dry in those areas.
